- Ovansa Maritime Limited founded in 2010, is a marine service company specializing in technical and logistical services for vessels, rigs and appendages used in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Our vessel expertise includes Dive Support Vessels (DSV), Offshore Supply Vessels (OSV), Anchor Handling Tugs Supply vessels (AHTS), Heavy Lift Remote Operated (ROV) support vessel and Pipe-lay Vessels/Barges. Our rig expertise includes semi-submersibles and jack-ups.
- The company is 100% Nigerian owned.
- With a broad range of services from Supply, Logistics, Installations and conversions, we make vessels and rigs ready for projects and/or support these vessels and rigs during projects.

Ovansa Maritime Limited is managed by a team forged over 15 years. Abdullahi is responsible for the operations and technical side of Ovansa Maritime Limited, while Khadijat is responsible for the business and financial details.

In the last five years of our operations, Ovansa Maritime have attained the envious role of esteemed vendor to our clients, most especially Deltatek Offshore, Valleumbra flour mills, Stallion group and Saturn frozen foods.
LASISI ABDULLAHI
(Managing Director)
Mr. Lasisi Abdullahi is the founder and Chief Executive officer for Ovansa Maritime Limited with Over Ten years of Maritime / Cargo operations. Prior to Ovansa Maritime Limited, Abdullahi was operations Manager at Enphil Maritime Ltd. He also worked for Ivanod Maritime between 2003 and 2007 as cargo Supervisor. A Panelist at different industry fora. Abdullahi enjoys swimming, reading and watching football. A devout Muslim, Abdullahi is a great negotiator and a very dynamic facilitator. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Economics from the prestigious University Of Port-Harcourt, Rivers-State Nigeria.
KHADIJAT USMAN
(Financial Director)
Mrs. Khadijat Usman has a strong, multilayer background in corporate finance, marketing, and operations for growing companies. She joined Ovansa maritime Limited Over Six-years ago as financial director, and has played a pivotal role in advancing its development and innovative management platforms. Prior to joining Ovansa Maritime Limited, Khadijat worked as Clearing Agent for Lade lightrage, also in the Hospitality management industry for Vherberge Hotel Holdings, where she led efforts that grew the division revenue by 40 percent. Khadijat received her Bachelor of Sociology degree from The Bayero University, Kano.
